Do I have to create an account to make an order?

Absolutely not. You can buy without having the account in our shop.

What are the benefits of having an account?

Registration on the Miamiko store’s website takes minutes! With an account, you don’t have to enter your data for each order, you get access to your orders history and are up to date with special offers for regular customers.

How can I register in the online store?

You can set up an account in our store start by clicking here or when placing an order. When placing an order select “Create an account”, click “Continue” and enter your password and payment details.

How do I add additional information or change the information I provided during registration?

I forgot my password, what do I do?

Can I cancel my order?

We try to execute all orders as soon as we receive them, but you can cancel your order before we ship it. Just write a message to [email protected] with the information that you wish to cancel the order.

When will I receive the purchased item?

The total time it takes to receive the package after placing an order should be 5-7 business days. In the case of delays caused by, e.g. weather conditions, you will be notified immediately. If you have been waiting for your order for more than 14 days – be sure to let us know! Send a message to [email protected] or fill in the contact form.

Can I change already placed order?

We try to prepare orders for a shipment as quickly as possible, so we can’t guarantee it would be possible. However, don’t hesitate to write to us – we’ll do whatever we can.

If I purchase a few things as separate orders, will I be able to receive them in one package?

Until we prepare your order for shipment, there is such possibility – just send an e-mail to [email protected].

How can I check the status of my order?

The status of your order can be found in the My Account tab. When the status is changed, you will also receive an e-mail informing you of this fact.

Is online shopping safe?

We do our best to make your purchases as safe as possible. Our website has an SSL certificate (you can verify this by looking at the URL which is preceded by a closed padlock symbol and starts with green “https://”). This means that all data is encrypted and links are secure.

What are the payment methods?

We use PayPal and bank transfers to process international payments.

Can I collect my order in person?

Currently, our store does not offer the ability to collect the order in person.

Can I order an item with the option of shipping abroad?

Yes, we offer shipping within Europe and to the USA If you want us to deliver the item somewhere else and do not see your country – please contact us, we'll add your country :)

What is the cost of delivery?

EU shipping starts from €5,75. To check the exact cost of shipping to your country, enter the address details in the checkout form.

Can I return the purchased item?

At what time will I get a refund for the returned goods?

We will refund your money when we get the items back or when we get a proof that the items were sent back, depending on which event occurs first.

Yes. Simply return your order as usual and then place another order.
