Delivery

Our products are delivered using DPD. The total time it takes to receive the package after placing an order should be 5-7 business days. In the case of delays caused by, e.g. weather conditions, you will be notified immediately. If you have been waiting for your order for more than 14 days – be sure to let us know! Returns

You have every right to return an item purchased from us within 14 days of receipt. You don’t have to provide a reason but we will be grateful for this information – it will help us to improve our offer. Return form can be found here. All packages must be sent back together with the return form and the proof of purchase to the following address (remember, you return the goods at your own expense):
